This project reached its full height of 22 storeys, and was almost ready for doors and hardware to be installed. However, due to some late changes in the design, in-depth coordination between architect, contractor and door supplier was needed. The hardware specification and the preparation of rough openings had some points that had not yet been dealt with.

After several site visits to the project in Trinidad, CSS was able to specify the material to suit the project’s budget, and meet the unique requirements of the opening
CSS worked along with the client and the supplier to provide phased production and delivery of the material to suit the construction deadlines – the doors they needed first and most urgently were delivered first then the doors needed for the 2nd phase were delivered as needed etc. etc.
To date CSS has fulfilled orders for over 450 doors for the project.
