The Landings St. Lucia, A Rock. Resort is a beachfront, luxury resort in St. Lucia located on the island’s most gorgeous bay. Expertly designed around water by a Canadian team of architects and interior designers, CSS’s mandate was to supply architectural hardware to the residences, the Spa, the beach club and shops. We delivered over 6000 hinges, 1500 locks and related door hardware according to the high standards specified
Challenge
The Landings is a joint collaborative development between Canadian and St. Lucia investors, designers and builders. The project design team specified high quality door hardware with unique finishes and styles, and wanted to have a local supplier to not only supply, but to also provide installation advice, as well as on-site after sales service and support. Of course, they also needed to have someone who could facilitate the tight deadlines to get the phases up and running in time for each peak time in the selling seasons.
Solution
Being the representative for the brands specified by the design team immediately qualified CSS to bid on the project. We were able to offer a price competitive quote, supply the material specified, and meet the project’s deadlines. To date we have supplied for all completed phases of the project, including phases 1-3 for the Residences, the Beach House, and the Spa.
