As co-founder and co-owner of CSS, Neil leads the Sales and Business Development segments of the operation. His extensive experience in the industry spans operations-side management as well as client-facing and market-development activities. He managed the Access Control project at the 2007 Cricket World Cup for 9 venues in 8 islands where he was instrumental in the design and successful installation of the project.
Neil obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of the West Indies, Barbados, where he graduated with honours.
Neil is a long-standing active member of Rotary International, is married with three children, and is an avid sportsman.
